Broadway Delicatessen in Brunswick

Went here on New Years Day. Waitstaff was great. College kids who are friendly and courteous. Small town feel. College kids behind us sat down with a old man who I assume was a regular. Adorable. 4 stars.

This is a fantastic little gem that I never knew was in the town I live! The food was super yummy and the staff very friendly!!

We have been visiting Broadway off and on for decades and we love their food, their people, Nancy!!! They are like family; you can move away then come home and drop right back in as if you were there yesterday. Love you all at Broadway!!!

I love this place. Great location, excellent personnel, great creative specials, everything is delicious. My favorites are the lobster Benedict and the grilled bialys! They'll put just about anything together for you.

Delicious and super quick. Go early for the best service. Great selection on the menu and many specials. Brianna was terrific. A true pleasure.

I love this restaurant. I love the family. Watched Brianna (hope I'm spelling the name correctly) from eight years to now at the grill learning her mother's skills in the restaurant. You'll never go wrong with a breakfast here. Vegan, gluten-free, special requests--they take it all in stride.

Extremely friendly staff although it did take a while for the food to arrive. Overall I do look forward to a repeat visit. They do provide gluten free options.

I knew it was going to be good when the man at the table next to me exclaimed 'this might be the best thing I've eaten'. Love this place - excellent food, friendly service.

As a local, I have walked by this place numerous times and always commented on the amazing smell resonating from here. I once walked in to purchase a beverage from the cooler and an employee told me to come back for food sometime. He said it is ‘the best’ around. So today I had breakfast there. I’m sad it was today since I’ve wasted so much time and money eating at other establishments. This is hands-down my favorite place to go. Wow the food was outstanding. They had vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free faire. Everything was very fresh and the veggie sausage was home made by the owner, Nancy. They use real maple syrup and have fresh squeezed orange juice. The coffee is from Maine and served in large coffee cups. Service was fast, and the staff were very friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Broadway Deli’s turkey pot pie is absolutely AWESOME! I highly recommend it. Their customer service is second to none, so nice to deal with, and we appreciated the chocolate chip cookies they hid in our bag.

Such friendly staff, and really cozy inside, and excellent food as well.We were just passing through town on a road trip, and found this place, and ordered a few dishes - a mushroom, spinach, and sausage omelette, a poached pesto bowl, and 2 eggs benedicts: irish and regular ham. The side of potatoes were a bit too much for us to finish, but otherwise the food was great. The interior wall decorations were really pretty. I could see this as a go-to local choice.

Broadway Deli has been a big part of Brunswick for a long time. The sandwiches are amazing and the team that works there is really personable and talented at what they do. Sandwiches are great and there is quite the variety of items that you could order. These people will almost always adjust to your dietary needs. If you're on Maine Street in Brunswick or close by and you need something to eat, then stop here.

Extremely friendly staff. Big selection of breakfast food and specials. Prices are so low I feel guilty. Definitely a place to frequent.

The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. It always come out as delicious and visually appealing as I imagine😁 Good sized portions add for an even better value. Service is always pleasant and timely, even during busy times. Highly recommended!

Just moved to Brunswick and my wife and I were looking for a local breakfast spot. Sadly, this will not be it. Upon arrival, there was no indication to seat yourself. Staff members kept walking by and did not even acknowledge us. Once we finally did get a table, service was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. I could have understood if it was busy, but that wasn't the case. It also took a long time to get our check when we were finished. Only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is that when we finally did get our food, it was hot. Still on the hunt for a local breakfast spot...

My husband and I have deemed this our regular breakfast spot! The food is always amazing along with impectable service! The staff is very friendly and personable, along with great senses of humor. The interior is a cozy dinner feel and a never ending flow of coffee is always promised.

Man was refitting his and his wife's restaurant front for the Covid concerns. Super nice man who allowed me to interrupt his work and speak to me a moment. A definite beaut of a menu made by good folks.

It started out poor, long wait, they sat someone ahead of us, then sat us at a dirty table which was cleaned up after we sat, older lady with blonde hair was our waitress, she cut us off when one of us attempted to say something, took our order and left and gave plenty of attention to tables around us, She never came back to us, no coffee refill, nothing. The food was not hot, when it did finally arrive, brought out by a cook. The young wait staff were pretty good. That I'll say. But we literally had to request a check and maple syrup and anything else we needed. I'm not a tourist, I'm a local... And l will NOT be back. I'll stick with the Copper Kettle.

Very nice cafe. Food is really good yet found some of the portions on the small side. But I must admit I prefer quality over quantity so I would definitely recommend checking it out, as it's a great atmosphere and the food is very good.

Food was OK but could have been better. Service was extremely slow when we went. Took about a half hour to get our sandwiches and then nobody bothered to give us checks until one of us asked then it took them a bit to figure out who had what.

Most delicious options. Lovely to see vegetarian and vegan options. Freshly made meals in a cozy cafe.

The food and service was amazing! They were so nice and the food was excellent! Definitely going back very soon. The gluten free french toast was the best I've ever had 👌 and the on demand homefries with veggies were delicious.

What a trip back in time to my first week in Brunswick. Broadway Deli has been around as long as I have lived in town. Great breakfast fare for sure. The poached bowl I had with fiddleheads and feta just knocked my socks off. Comfy vibe with a nice mix of locals, regulars and tourists. Eggs Alexis is awesome, as is the avocado, tomato and feta omelette. Good BLT too. A sweet little spot that just gets better with time's passing. Don't miss it.

Great little restaurant on quaint Maine Street in downtown Brunswick. Had a very nice breakfast.

Great comfort food. They serve breakfast and lunch. Check out the daily specials, there is always something good. The eggs are fresh and the pancakes have a real homemade feel. The waitstaff is great. They are very friendly and funny. It really feels like the entire staff covers all the tables.

A really great little breakfast place. Their menu is a good mix of well-made standard fare and some more unique dishes. They usually have a good rotation of really different specials, so there is always something good to choose from. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

Had a lovely breakfast here last Sunday. Service was very quick and the gentleman that waited on us could not have been nicer. The omelette was light and fluffy and well filled with mushrooms and spinach. The homemade bialy was delicious. The lox platter was also great but my only wish is it had one more slice of salmon. Still a great experience can’t wait to go back.
